Well, Boston don't need to sell Kirk. The chairman gave the manager the choice: sell Kirk, or sell Lee Beevers (Wales U21 defender). He went for the obvious choice and sold Beevers to L*ncoln for 100k.

domestic players tend to cost too much, well over their real value. which makes it sensible for CL to go abroad, shame not to get any decent brittish players in, but greed etc ruins that one.

ive been involved in kirk discussions before. Ulster andy was at hearts for a while, he was meant tio be the next big thing. While we took him to our hearts, he never really came good. hes a guy with good pace but i dont think hes a championship player and certainly not premiership class

I think for £125,000, if CL had thought he was a player to have at the Club then he would have done so. ;-) :mrgreen:
