16 is easy! Cut off a block/section when it is approaching the top of the circle, it will roll to the left and knock the ball.

Finished Spitter, nearly gave up on level 31 but I stopped trying things at random and thought about it and it became obvious what was needed. A clue, you need to cut one of the sticks while it's moving.
