Does anyone live near to Fosse Road North, or know anyone who lives near there, who may have witnessed the events on the park there-called The Rally on Sunday April 3rd?
These events eventually lead to 62 year old Roy Pedley dying of a heart attack after he and his wife were followed home and threatened in a row over dogs, whilst he was on the phone reporting the incident to the police.
Does anyone know either of these 2 scoats - Dean Stephens or Wayne Stephens, of Tudor Road, who threatened Roy and his wife, and have been making trouble with them since last Summer.
This is the report from Tuesday
And this is Wednesday's
Me and Roy have the same grandparents and although I rarely saw him, his late mothers 80th is the one I remember as the last time I saw him, he was always a friendly guy. His mother was a bit older than my mum (about 20 years older) so I didn't see a lot of him growing up.
My mother has come up from Leicester and I have been reading the articles in the Mercury and I can't believe that these 2 "brothers in arms" have got away with such behaviour for so long.
I mean at the first meeting Roy and his wife were told
Any help would be appreciated.

Dean Stephens said to her: "I don't hit women but I'd love to hit you."
