Aye,someone mentioned this to me this morning.I hadn't heard about it but its not surprising because the A82 is becoming a death trap,mainly through people driving too fast..:icon_roll.Been 3 or 4 deaths on that stretch within the last 12 months,tragic:icon_sad:

There is a dodgy junction near where I live and they decided to redesign it about 18 months ago at great expense to the tax payer and managed to make it worse than it was by completely confusing everyone. The number of crashes there more than trebled but they refused to admit it was their fault, then just before xmas a 19 year old lad was killed there and now magically this morning they have decided to start digging it up again to rectify the problems they caused in the first place, again at great expense to the tax payer.

The road designers in this country are feckin clueless.

I know which junction you mean, I use it very often. Although I can't see the confusion with it, seems pretty straight forward to me. And I know the lad killed as well.

Bull in the oak junction for Market Bosworth and Newbold Verdon. Avoid it if you can at the mo.
