What do you reckon to the Arcade Fire? Bought their album and am quietly impressed. They are a bit odd though - probably why I like them.

Album of the year so far for me and off to see them at the Leadmill in Sept. Can't wait.

I've just borrowed 'funeral' I'm not sure about some of it but Rebellion and Tunnels stand out a mile. Remind me a bit of BSP

That's interesting - I cannot see the similarities really and am (as you may or may not know) a massive (not literally) BSP fan. Maybe I will notice them after a while.

I can't see any similarities with them and BSP. There are strong elements of Talking Heads, The Cure and some elements of Ed Harcourt and The Flaming Lips in there as well.

After a few more listens Neighborhood #1 (Tunnels) is a fantastic, definitely one of my top tunes at the minute!
