I know he has 6 goals and we'd be lost without those. But seriously, he contributes absolutely nothing to team performances any more. He is just a passenger aside from occasional moments when he gets the ball in the box.

Once again, I didn't think we played too bad today, especially in the second half but another individual error cost us what would have been a very good point away. The season was never going to be defined by games against Liverpool, Manchester City or Villa, in truth we weren't ever really expecting points in any of these.

The problem will be points pissed away against dross like Wolves, Ipswich, Palace and Everton etc... and that will keep happening until we do something about the defence.

If we get a RB and a CB in we could make a go of
it at least but as it stands we just don't have enough to keep teams out.

That second goal in particular is typical of the dross we see from us week in week out. James Justin plays himself into trouble through his own indecisevness and you can also argue it was some lazy play from Ayew out wide on the defensive side of things..

Watching us try and defend gets on my wick. Opponents can rely on us to drop a clanger or two..

we will lose every single game with our back four, they are simply not good enough. Vestergaard has to head that ball back out in the air, he literally put it on a plate for Barkley to have a shot.
JJ had ample opportunities to clear it and Ayew did not do enough either, it is these simple errors that will continue to cost us at this level. Our defence is the gift that keeps on giving.

We are not fit enough and we have no quality coming off that bench, we are a top half of the table championship team.

Maybe we can unearth some gems this January? how on earth Madividi missed an open goal is beyond me.
