Close season is a reasonable time to get rid, give a new manager a bit more time that if done mid-season. I know its another management change after the musical management chairs last season, but he's had a good crack at it, with dosh and come up short, he knows it too.

I really wished he had it in him because he is easy to like and has had good rapport with fans.

Its only my view and some will make the case for MM to back him I'm sure.
