I've voted the Masterplan as i think its their best material and is just classic Oasis.

Morning Glory. I like the songs better. Defo Maybe, has a few more individually better tracks. But MG has a better listing from start to finish.

Anything after that they were too far up their own arse for me to even want to listen to them. I refused to feed Liams ego anymore

Id say Definitely Maybe, alot more raw than the newer stuff and before Liam changed his vocal style. Although Morning Glory is hot on its heels.

Def Maybe.
Not just a Top Oasis LP but a most brilliant LP.

Morning G (I think the title track is the best thing they've done) is v. good but hasn't the raw naievity of Def Maybe and the ones that follow have too much of Oasis trying to be Oasis.

Suprisingly for me I found DBT Truth to be a very likeable LP but Oasis 1994, for me, is better than Oasis 2005.

Still a great band.

personally i dont think any of their records have been crap-yes sotsog, be here now and heathen chemistry and nowhere near the standards of definitely maybe and morning glory, but all of their albums have got at least 3 top tunes on them :icon_cool

The only one I could never get a feel for was STOTOG. Other then that, I like all the albums for different reasons. If I had to pick one though, I would go with DM.

It pisses on Whats the story, although this is still a brilliant ablum.

The thing is Oasis were never going to recapture the heights of 1994-95 and they have been judged against them ever since. Don't Believe the Truth is a v.good album and if it was say a debut album for a new band would be raved about.
