5 is correct. Wigan averaged 8353 for the season, and they also set the lowest prem attendance against
Everton. Only 3039 were there.

11 Correct. Yes it wasn't that long ago when Man City were shite.

Number 2 is wrong though.

15 a Sheff utd YES in 1970-71 only two teams were promoted, Leicester were Champions and Sheff Utd runners up. After 70-71 all remaing questions on promotion have two other teams for each season. The 70's and 80's promotions were based on the top 3 going up, after that it was the current system of top 2 plus a play-off winner.
