I want to see fight. And that is what I saw. Good stuff. Happy with that.

Better second half, but literally anything would have been better than that first half performance. Not quite sure if it was Vardy’s influence or because Brighton just decided to stop playing.

Two complete mind **** moments, one from either team, were the only things of note in a game which wouldn’t have looked out of place in the Championship. Two negative, shit teams who were quite frankly a disgrace to football this afternoon.

But seriously, what was Puel thinking with that starting line up?

Two mid-table sides showing how poor the standard is. Given how ****ing awful we were for an hour we shouldn't have had a chance to get a point.

Woeful first half, due in th main to ridiculous team selection, and the stupidity of Maddison

Everything changed when Vardy came on and I actually thought we deserved to win it

Claude you're an idiot for setting them up like that - please look at that last twenty minutes and see what they are capable of

If Vardy plays well, we play well. If he doesn't, we're usually awful.

I don't get what we're doing or where we're heading. It's a total mystery to me.

Sometimes I feel that playing kids means we'll be inconsistent and so it makes sense that we're very up and down. But it's not just that, we lack a coherent plan. Almost all of our players blow hot and cold from week to week.

I can't help feeling that our best players would be better off leaving us. Sad, but true. They'll win nothing here. Everton are now much better than we are. We are sliding back into mediocrity.

James Maddison.

I've not been won over by the flattery he's received for a handful of quality moments this season. He disappears for long spells, his vision is poor, he gives the ball away too easily, and he's too lightweight. More than anything else though, he seems to believe his own hype.

Shameful behaviour this afternoon. Deserves to be heavily fined and dropped for a few weeks. He cannot be relied upon and needs to learn a harsh lesson.

He's heading more to the Gray end of the scale (show pony) than the Chilwell end (genuine talent).

with Vardy not fit enough to start, Ghezzal not fit enough even to make the bench and Nacho playing shite what should the team have been? Iborra starting over Wilf was odd but hardly ridiculous

Well Vardy was quite obviously fit enough
Dropping Ndidi is and was quite ridiculous, particularly so when replacing him with Iborra, who just isn't good enough
And playing Okazaki at all was just plain stupid, wasn't it ? Even you will admit to that

The most telling stat is that other than Wolves we’ve only beaten teams that are dreadful....Newcastle, Cardiff, Southampton and Huddersfield. Everyone else we’ve been poor against for at least half the match.

I cannot comment on the performance as I did not see the match. However, I have some questions:
Brown Nose says Gray was the worst player on the pitch; do other people agree?
How was Gray used?
How did Ghezzal play?
When I have seen Morgan this season he has looked past it; how did he play?
I have not been impressed by Ricardo. How did he play?

I think we have to be realistic. There will be no change of manager this season unless the wheels come off completely. And much of the mediocrity stems from that.

It’s going to be a big summer. The next manager of this club will be one of the most important signings in the history of the club.

well he obviously wasn't given the groin injury that meant he had 1 day of training and didn't start, Vardy always starts if he's fully fit, the fact he didn't should have told you that but that woulds stop you from moaning about the manager, our other striking options are Nacho, playing shit, Shinji, willing worker but limited or Gray who was needed on the wing in the absence of Ghezzal and isn't a natural striker in any case.

Personally I don't think Wilf has been playing that well, not playing badly just not himself lately, so starting Iborra is something I can see why not that I would have done so.
