Hi all,
I'm looking for some advice,
Having recently moved in to a new home I took out homecare with British gas. We then had a service around 3 months later after which the boiler started working only intermittently. I called B/Gas who then charged me £50 excess for the pleasure of them fixing what I still believe was a fault caused by them. They replaced the control panel which was apparently not setting the time correctly. 2 weeks later we have a leak through the ceiling. From the untrained eye it appears to be a pipe coming from the boiler. Now I'm certain there going to pass this off as a fault that as just developed, the question I'm asking is could this of been caused by the service?
