Certainly looks a good idea, do you need BT Broadband for it? Can't help but think it's going to use ALOT of your bandwidth if you try to access the net at the same time.

I pay £20 all in for telly, phone and broadband. The product itself is ok but customer service from BT has been pretty poor.
Took them about five months to set up a single account to bill me.
As far as the telly goes the advantage is you can dip in and out of tv packages on a month to month basis. You can also buy one off games for £2.99 per game but this isn't available until after full time. I've never used this because if I want to watch footy on telly I use the excuse to get out of the way of the mrs and go down the pub.
Pro's are its flexible (cheap if you want it to be) and has loads of films and old comedy series you can get on demand.
Con's are you can't get sky sports. Other than that it has all the features of sky + such as series record and pausing live telly. One annoying feature is that if you turn the box off at the plug either on purpose or accidentally whilst watching a long programme or film then you have to fast forward to the point you were at in the film rather than entering a time. If you switch from recorded content to live telly and back again the film continues from the point it was at.

Being particularly sad, I watched the Olympics on telly and had the laptop on wireless on the sofa with 2 other live streams from the bbc site on it. No problem.
