Many bus companies [130] nationwide are taking part in a government initiative to get more people on the bus .
£2 cap until end of March.

If you live in Syston, don't bother looking, ours isn't on there :(

I’m sure I read that the Arriva bus from Melton to Leicester, which goes through Syston, is included?

Edit - too slow

Cheaper still with an OAP bus pass, though they don't expect us to be out before 9:30 in the morning and to be back home and in bed before 11 at night.

Isn't it enough that it's free?
I jest. It is a welcome bonus. It's just unfortunate that it is seen as a political tool and that people do not benefit equally in all areas.
