Re: Cullum Davidson

Its a shame he was so damn injury prone because he was a class act to have in the team. Played through the pain barrier to get us back into the prem and I think if he gets on the field when we play Preston he deserves a big reception.

I think he will get a good reception because of the whole Dennis Wise thing as well!!!!

What he said at the end shows how times have changed at leicester with the fans. certain sections of the fans don't get behind them and we hardly ever get over 23,000 now!

I think his fall out with Micky may well have been over the injections he was told to have so he could play through his injurys this led to a long lay off and he is still quite bitter about it, there was a report in the local rag up here in Preston, it was around the time Lee McCulloch was going to have an injection to play in Scotland's qualifier against Belarus, and Callum was advising him not to, following his "experiences at Leicester".

Yeah that may ring true, I bumped in to him in Borders on Foss Park during the time he was injured. We had a brief chat I mentioned the book he was reading which about exercise and stretching and stuff. He said he preferred to regain fitness naturally to me then.

Yeah... oops - definite blonde moment... the fingers were typing faster than the brain was working!! :)
