Chelsea will play their Champions League last-16 first leg against Atletico Madrid in Romania because of Covid-19 travel restrictions.

Real Sociedad v Man Utd in Turin
Benfica v Arsenal in Rome (1st leg)
Arsenal v Benfica (2nd leg) was meant to be in Athens, but now will be somewhere else (TBC).

I've got no idea if any other matches have been moved, but this seems to be it (so far) for the English clubs.
