Bet they still finish above Notts Florist…

2 more years of WR DCFC would be the most damaging, I'm sure WR will scuttle off as soon as he can
Hate to say it, but running at a point a game with that squad and all that in the background - while it ain't great, it ain't bad either

Mel Morris school of management - it's everyone else's fault. Like no other club has had to deal with the covid pandemic and he thinks the EFL are singling Derby out for rough justice when infact, more like the opposite is true when you look at some of the clubs that have taken deductions.

Won't lie, the most irritating soccer fan I ever met was a Derby fan. One of those 'we don't care about Leicester' whilst proceeding to slag us off and take the piss at every opportunity types, including when Vichai died. The thought of him now shitting his pants as Derby enter administration after all that shit about our own plight years ago brings a wry smile to my face....

Karma.

Seen some interesting stuff about directors pay. That explains some of the costs....how the **** did they have a high wage bill though? Other than a couple of Chelsea loanees and Rooney they've had shit players for ages?

Suspect the likes of Waghorn and Lawrence are on a decent wedge. And probably caught themselves still paying for players who left the club years ago (like Pompey did).

Ooh, what’s the lowest ever points total for a Championship season ?

Could be a historical double coming their way

The mad thing about all of it is that pretty much every single problem football clubs have is simply because players are getting paid far too much. There is an obvious solution but the exact people who would be benefit from it are the ones globally arguing against it. Baffling

They should of let the Greedy European clubs go and play their pointless competition, it would of given the leagues an opportunity to have a root and branch reform with wage caps and proper financial fair play, even cap the amount an agent can receive from a transfer paid for by the player.
Football will implode the way its going but as long as the top 4 keep buying £100 million pound players on £400k a week thats all that matters in the medias eye.

I suspect that a fair amount if people may agree with that. The problem, however, is that the "Big 6" wanted to also remain in the Premier League at the same time.
