I did significantly better in real life thanks to a Lucky 15 & some decent E/W places.Overall a small profit but a bit of a letdown after cleaning up last year.This years holiday will be somewhere shit in the UK as a result rather than a sun soaked tropical paradise.

The Gold Cup was a pile of bollocks I thought.The supposedly untouchable top two mugged by 2 nothing horses & the ever admirable The Giant Bolster (which got me an E/W return) The ultimate 'nearly' horse has now finished 2nd,3rd & 4th in the race.Could next year be the fairytale?
Lord Windermere FFS! Hasn't run a decent race since last years festival,beaten by almost the length of the track since then in 3 seperate races by 3 horses it beat today.I took it off my ATR tracker in January in disgust.Horses for Courses indeed.
If that result had been at a Class 4 Southwell handicap on a wet Wednesday in January you'd suspect Mr Curley would be getting the drinks in!

The Navigation. I recall this was suggested on a few guides last season but can't see it this year. Was a bit on the rough side being one of a few places in the area not boarded up.The Thaiwtes Wainwright was bloody excellent though
