After years of speculating, it appears this is finally getting made :icon_eek: Though he has no money

Chris Morris needs YOUR help!

We haven't heard much from Chris Morris of late have we? Well, that's not because he's not been busy... far from it. You see, Morris has been scribbling away in his underground lair (presumably) coming up with his latest comedy vehicle, which is believed to be about the prickly subject of terrorism. Let's be honest, we need Chris Morris right now thanks to a vacuum of really hard face-punching satire. Well, so thorny is the issue of terrorism (well, Middle Eastern related terrorism, I think it's fine to poke fun and cover The Troubles now... double standards eh?!) is that no broadcaster will touch Morris' new sitcom script. However, all is not lost as Morris has flicked the bird at the TV spudheads and decided to go for the big screen... which you can be part of (just get over the jump)

Chris Morris' 'jihadi comedy' is now going to be made into a feature film and produced by indie flick makers, Warpfilm. He's also sorted a distributor... but sadly doesn't have the money to finance the project. This is where we come in. Basically, if you donate anything between £25 and £100 to help the film get off the ground, then you'll get a chance to be an extra in it or something! ACE! To be honest, I'll donate even if I can't be in it!

So email: [email protected]

I'm on it!

I know Chris Morris receives lots of plaudits and is highly thought of, but I think he's an unfunny, untalented c**t.

I admit I'm probably wrong and not intelligent enough to appreciate his superior humour, but I find hammering nails into my temple funnier than this c**t.

The world is a better place for the likes of Morris, but immensely worse off for having the IT crowd on channel 4.

Agreed, even though im a big Linehan fan, the IT Crowd was ****ing awful

Are they from Sierra Leone or Nigeria?

I've never really understood his cult standing. Seems to be all his humour consists of is shock value. If you're not easily shocked then he can be a tad tedious.

Not really, im not easily shocked at all, and have never been shocked by any of his stuff, and i think its hillarious. Even if i didnt find it funny (which i do) i would still respect that theres some comedians out there actually trying to make a difference and actually say something and not just resorting to dick jokes. I have this opinion about George Carlin for example who i dont find funny in the slightest, but respect as a performer
