To be fair to him he did say that he was as well.

I think they had this discussion after that Cov woman was filmed slagging MA off one minute then cheering his decision the next.

To a certain extent I agree with him, in that during a match think of the amount of handballs, fouls etc that the crowd calls for when it clearly wasn't one, or the amount of times the ref or a player gets slagged off during the game when afterwards you'll say 'yeah that was a foul'. Outside of the match though I'd say most fans are quite intelligent.

I'd agree. I think he was just exaggerating for comic effect.

Anyway, the discussion on City last night was nice (in that they remembered we exist) however it didn't really say anything new. RM seemed to think that MM will step back and let RK work, DB thought that he'd want to get involved and pick players. RM said that MM has a very good knowledge of football.
