I was about 18 months old at the time, I wonder what I was up to when that game was going on...... Probably similar to now actually - either eating, sleeping or shitting.

I find it strange that even though I was there I hardly remember this game but I remember random games from 2 years previous to it clearly.

Even though we lost,it was a tremendous play off final.

I left that game so drained and to top it off my voice had gone..the goal by Steve Thompson was top drawer and it left my hairs on the back of my neck stand up.
