Strange. I've just completed the same survey and I could choose more than one option in that section.

favouritism obviously. As soon as I clicked on a 2nd option the 1st one deselected itself. I kept trying because it amused me and I'm having a boring evening.

It was the same at the time I completed it - 'radio buttons' rather than 'check boxes'.
