What exactly is a concessions tickets, what age does it apply to?

The 'Concessions' are normally for:

Senior Citizens (over 60 on 1st Sept 2005)
Young Adults (under 22 on 1st Sept 2005)
Juveniles (under 16 on 1st Sept 2005)
Fox Cubs (under 8 on 1st Sept 2005)

I would expect, but can not confirm, that all these groups will be able to get a concessionary ticket for tonight's game.
