Conrad Logan was quick to divert the attention away from himself after City's 1-1 draw against Crystal Palace at the Walkers Stadium. The Irishman ensured his side a point when he bravely saved at the feet of substitute Dougie Freedman in stoppage time after a relatively incident-free game between the posts.
"I didn't have much to do throughout the game until the last minute or so until I had to make that save but keeping your concentration is part and parcel of goalkeeping," said the 20-year-old.
"I got a bit of a knock on my hand for my troubles which I aggravated at Leeds but it's fine.
"However, that just comes with the territory but it's not all about me. I thought I did well but as a team we did well all over the pitch again and our back four have been tremendous since I came in."
Logan has yet to be on the losing side since taking over from Paul Henderson at Hereford in the Carling Cup with the Foxes now seven games unbeaten.
But the former Academy starlet is keeping his feet firmly on the ground.
"All I can do is take confidence from every game and build on it," he said.
"You strive to play against players like Clinton Morrison, Dougie Freedman and Shefki Kuqi week in, week out and it's nice to now be doing just that.
"But I cannot get carried away, Paul Henderson and Rab Douglas are two very good goalkeepers and they are pushing me all the way even in training.
"It's up to me to keep doing the business and keep playing well if I want to retain my place."
Logan is now looking forward to Tuesday night's Carling Cup third round glamour clash against Premiership giants Aston Villa at the Walkers, which will see the return of Martin O'Neill.
"His return will add to the buzz about the place and it is a game we are all looking forward to.
"The fans were great this afternoon and hopefully they will come out in force again on Tuesday to help cheer us on."
