In order to dispel the theory that we are inconsistent and not consistent it is firstly important to understand the meaning of 'consistent', thus:
Main Entry: consistent
Part of Speech: adjective 1
Definition: regular
Synonyms: constant, dependable, even, expected, homogeneous, invariable, logical, persistent, rational, same, steady, true, unchanging, undeviating, unfailing, uniform, unvarying
Antonyms: changing, erratic, inconsistent, inconstant, irregular
Okay, let's look at our season thus far, in the league:
We have not won back to back away from home once this season.
We have only won one game away from home by more than one goal.
We have not won more than three games on the spin all season.
Late December and January are in line with other seasons as among our worst months for results.
Please add to the above if you have more stats and i will gladly forward this on to Birch, and the club so they really understand English and it's definitions.
For the first time this season we need the players to be inconsistent!!!!
