Current squad and last minute deals...

Good old Derek says (via Radio Leics) the management team are happy with the look of the squad currently but didn't rule out some more additions before mon.

I would like to see more cover at centre back (unsure on hobbs) though when Vitor is fit again I think we are looking reasonable in this position. I still would like another goalkeeper as we know Conrad is not the best.

We are also very light on cover in midfield. If we lose any of the key 3 at the moment, we are fecked. I dread to think of having to rely on oakley or moussa instead of wellens, king, or abe.

So then Sven (you love god!), what I want for christmas is:
1. A good solid keeper or shay given.
2. Another no nonsence centre back.
3. A classy central midfielder to push/cover the current three.

The contract had less than 6 months to go and they let him go I guess because they don't need him, because he aint played for them for a while. He played 20 games in 2008-09 and it would appear only Cup games thereafter

For the 2010–11 season, Ricardo was not given any jersey number, being limited to training with the Pepe Mel-led squad, and being released from contract in January 2011 - it was due to expire in June

I say let him help out in that Portugese restaurant Sousa seems to like so much serving meals but in goal for City - no thanks
