Just made a lovely curry.....lamb and spinach masala.
Couple of tablespoons of Tumeric, Cumin, Tamarind....a few fennel seeds, caradmom pod, crushed garlic, ginger, chopped onion and rough chopped jalapeno, masala paste, yogurt and rough cut parsley.
Absolutely beautiful.
Does anyone have any genuine recipies to share....I realise I've not specified how to do it, but that's largely because I was drinking right the way through. Thought it may be nice for TB to have a curry thread.
