I was surprised by Micky Adams' decision to step down a few days ago, after the Preston defeat. I was very disappointed to see him resign, as he brought me to Leicester and made me captain, giving me a chance to prove that I have still a lot to offer. Changing manager during the season is always a challenge, as it takes time to re-adjust and get things back to normal. I am sure the board will consider all the options and make the best decision for the club. On a personal level, I have a minor injury problem with my back, but I am confident I will be ready for selection in a few days.
