I think they should appoint Harry with Micky as his assistant so he can continue to learn the trade from a renowned expert at achieving promotion and avoiding relegation (or have I got that the wrong way round). Then after a season or so Micky could take over at the Wolves through a smooth transition then perhaps Harry as Director of (Hoof) Football could use his undoubted knowledge as an intermediatary between Micky and the Board and act as advisor to the Board on all footballing matters.

Come on lads, we know we dont want wolves to be a crap team so dont say anything that may put off either joining them. Wolves need a good manager just like ma to take them forward.
