They are comparing the 2 on Foxestalk. IMO Joey was good in "that purple patch " he had but can you compare either to Izett or Draper! If he signs permanently Davies could well become a "fans favourite"

You said that you can't understand the infatuation with Joey. The only infatuation is humour based i.e. it isn't serious, it's a joke, at least it is on this site anyway.
As far as I'm aware though, this has nothing at all to do with the price of chips. In fact, you never mentioned chips at all in your original post.
