According to Local papers they have only bid 250K for him so the 100K actually doesn't look silly at all.

With Bruce's current fetish for Leicester players lets hope he makes a transfer window swoop for Nathan Blake, James Scowcroft, Scott Gemmill, Chris Makin and maybe even Jason Wilcox perhaps in a swap deal for Clinton Morrison, David Dunn, Mario Melchiot and Julian Gray who have all been made available for transfer after Bruce discovered that none of these players had any previous link with the foxes.
