i was at the game last night, and a few strange things happened....

* we won for the first time in 35 years at the shity ground
* the new manager won his first game in over 50 years
* we brought a defender on when we was losing, and still won
* we were the team that scored in the last mins and won for a change
* we played dire for long periods and still won

maybe just maybe the tide is turning :icon_bigg

OMG.. I was there and missed all of that! :icon_roll

I haven't seen anyone praise the substitutions last night.. but a combination of Lennon going off and Stearman and Fryatt coming on made all the difference as far as I could see.. well done to da management!

Me neither... other than picking the starting lineup (apparently), Megson did everything else on Saturday... that was his first game, not this one.

I'm sure we'll have plenty of other oppurtunities to break that record this season anyway.

Some have different views, but I do truly believe that we have a very good squad.

Its not like we need a genius manager, just a manager who's done it before and has half an idea (Megson) and we'll be there or there abouts.
