Just heard it all the way through and it's a gem. I'm a bit (completely) biased because BSP are just about my favourite band now but I can honestly say that it's quality.

Surely a good tip for he Mercury Music Prize. Will be one of the bands of this year - festivals will provide a perfect stage for some of the tracks on this album.

It's remarkable, has unbelievable depth, is effing ambitious and full of optimism. Well recommended.

(This was the only album I was truly excited about this year and it's already out).

For the same reason that anybody wouldn't like a particular genre of music i.e. I don't like it. :icon_lol:

It just sounds like a hideous noise to my ears.
An electric guitar should be used primarily as a rhythm instrument IMO, not as a device for excessive fretboard masturbation.

Although there are some exceptions that proof this rule, but in general I can't stand it.
