This is important poll. I would like to find out what our general consensus is on this. Vote with your heart.

He hasn't been seen by the club since last Monday. If anyone in an other line of work did that they'd be fired and so he's lucky he isn't fired.
He has also arguably cost us at least 3 (maybe 5) points over the two games which could be the difference between European qualification and not.
It has become clear that his upturn in form during December / Jan was aimed at securing his move again and not out of love for Leicester.
I think we should leave him in the reserves until the summer to make a point.
Meanwhile his new would be employers who have spent £300m on players this year leave a space empty on the Bench in protest at a rough tackle from a player in the championship during the FA cup. Denying numerous u23 players the chance to get valuable exposure to match day. Zero class, new money behaviour showing shocking judgement and moral compass.

There are a number of issues to consider here.
The obsene business nature of football.
The ridiculous mid season transfer window.
Players mental health.
The Football "club" with its implied association with its fans.
I peronally would like to see Riyad play for Leicester again.

To compare top professional footballers with most other jobs is riduculous, I have always been able to change jobs when I
wanted too, I've been sacked a few times, (again not to be compared to to flight Football managers). Ive took time off work when
I didn,t feel up to it, Ok the employers knew about it and I lost pay. So what, good employers managed it.
Shit employers lost a skilled and valuable member of their workforce, they are all closed down now.
I wasn't a slave to be sold to the highest bidder.

Never playing for Leicester again doesn't necessarily correlate with sacking him... Sacking him would be totally daft. Personally I'm not sure I do, he's clearly going to move on and we'd better served starting Diabate who's going to be here for a few more years. Having said that, if he doesn't play that might have a negative effect on his valuation which is part of the reason he didn't get his move - nobody came close to what we want. Difficult situation to manage after the way he has behaved.

Except football is a bit different in that if we fired him hed then get a free move to Man City making our turning down of their £50 millions or so totally pointless. The two and a half years he has left is our leverage in the whole situation..

Yeah sorry, I caught the sarcastic undertones, just didn't read the post you were replying to. I don't really want him playing for us again - hes burnt his bridges for me, but it doesn't mean I think we should sack him.. that would be daft. But like I say it's a tough situation, we want to get what we feel he is worth or close to it but we aren't necessarily going to get that by leaving him out in the cold whether we want to or not.

On a positive note, Man City say they'll be back, Arsenal say the may try their luck and Conte has been banging on recently how Chelsea should add more quality over quantity so with any luck we'll get some sort of bidding war going on and the mardy **** can piss off to whoever gives us the most money and we'll be free of all his Algerian rentboys clogging up our social media platforms.

I've seen over the last two games how we play without his creativity. That should be enough for anyone to want to see him playing again as soon as possible.

A few days into this important poll and over 90% of voters want to see Mahrez play Leicester City again. Fact.

The Everton game, before they scored we should have been at least 1 up. After the penalty we created several chances to get the equaliser.
Against Swansea, we created enough chances to be out of sight before they got a sniff.
I'd rather we plan for a future without Mahrez.
