That picture probably was taken in Belguim. All they need is a Leicester board type thing in the background and no one will know the difference.

It makes sense to send them to Belgium to take the picture. It would be easier for CL to get there from Germany, and much more sensible than taking the picture before he went, which would have been a really silly to do.
