Dublin rejects Coventry City Football Club move
08:51 November, 12, 2004
Dion Dublin has again rejected a move to Coventry City Football Club after turning them down in the summer.

The former England international is set for a move away from Leicester after only a few months with his home-town club with new Foxes boss Craig Levein preferring a striker force of James Scowcroft and David Connolly.

Sky Blues boss Peter Reid believed he had agreed terms with Dublin on a move earlier in the week but the player is now believed to be waiting for a Premiership side to come in for him.

If he's stalling for a Premiership club you could be waiting a long time. He strikes me as a better defeder now than striker but his pedigree is limited in that department and why would a top flight club wish to take a such a gamble for, at best, short term benefits?.

I think he'd be better off in a Curry's advert to be honest.
