I thought the same thing but asking around alot of people can't afford the cash just before holiday season. It's only the well heeled like you an I homer that it's no problem too.

I would imagine a lot of people weren't expecting the offer to renew early and so don't even have enough money to take advantage of the 10% discount. There is still a 5% discount next month.

But they have re-introduced the interest free payment by instalments option, so even students could chip up there hard-scrounged cash

Correct but if you do that you can't have the discount. So there is no point in starting to pay for it now when it's no cheaper.

If we manage to 10k predicted on the OS by the end of this month I think that will be a very good return, and considering we'll probably get another 3-4k in the following months (hopefully that isn't too optimistic), we could still be looking at 14k ST holders. A great return considering our home form and position in the league.

Is that true ?? It's a scandal if it is

Where does it say that ?

Exactly - so it's not interest free.

It's over four months, but I get your point

Also just noticed that you have to pay a £10 "administration fee" for this service - so not only do you miss out on the discount, but you have to pay for the privilege

Great deal, don't you think ?

YeR, great deal - I haven't seen an offer like this since the 120 years anniversary LCFC filbert fox outfit had 5% off when you by two!

i know what ur sayin.

i was gonna go for the early bird thing but i assumed it would be payment over 12 months, or even 6. but i canny afford £80/100 a month to pay for it.

still some good deals and its clear its gonna be low gates next year.

its a good job otherwise de vries wouldnt be able to get over the feckers

I don't think that's clear at all. We don't know what's going to happen next season, so of course ST sales are low based on the rubbish this season. However if we're at the top half of the table we'll get good gates, no matter the prices, success brings back the fans.

For a club that still has a lot of debt I think the fans are getting a good deal. Look at Leeds! They are being robbed!
