The mercury just gave out their grades:

How easily the sins of the first two thirds of the season are forgotten.
Here are mine - and I'm being generous too:
Kasper 6.5/10 He's not as good as he's made out to be, better than average but goes through a very rough patch EVERY year. Good shot stopper and can make good quick passes but also some bad ones, still doesn't know how to command his area and not much good at crosses. Tries hard and didn't have lazy ass syndrome.
Fuchs 4.5/10 Was an abomination defensively for most of the season, better going forward. Has a great long , flat throw which he needs to teach someone else so he can retire to the states asap. Nice guy for a night out with the lads probably but finished as a prem defender.
Huth 7/10 He's old and slow but without him in defence we are truly pathetic, he can't do everything but he'll give his blood to try and stop the attacks. Never suffered from lazy ass syndrome just old age.
Morgan 5.5/10 That look on his face after the opposition score is just too painful to ever see again. Please sell him to Newcastle or let him retire as a Leicester "Legend". He's past it, but will always give his all. His all just isn't prem standard any longer.
Simpson 5.5/10 The best defensive RB in the team. Let's hope we have at least 1 or 2 better next season. Liability going forward and skinned too often going backwards. Part of a defensive unit which was humiliated too many times this season.
Benalouane 6/10 Wasn't part of the lazy ass capitulation earlier in the season. Showed he can play well with Huth next to him but is not Prem standard without Huth (or similar).
Chilwell 7/10 Didn't see enough of him on the pitch, he's the future of the club. Looks great going forward and good defending. Great speed and good anticipation. Hope he's Leicester for a long time.
Hernandez 5/10 He tried at a time others didn't. Not really prem standard in any position but a utility cover man who should have had his chance in CM.
Mendy ?/10 injured all season. Is he on the Mendy?
Amartey 6/10 Really hasn't been given a chance. Looks to have ability but made to play RB - certainly not his best position - and not given a run. A wasted season.
Drinkwater 6.5/10 Was the pick of the midfield early in the season when the midfield was a complete mess. got injured and never really got fit again.
King 5.5/10 He is what he is. Not a prem midfielder but doesn't complain when put on. Played far too much especially under Shakespeare. Would prefer he became the club mascot next season.
Ndidi 7.5/10 Played well as a noob in a bad situation. Needs to be careful with some of his passes. Could turn out to be a fantastic signing.
Mahrez 3/10 Lazy ass. but possibly the most skillful lazy ass midfielder we've ever had.
Gray 6/10 Not given enough game time especially by Shakespeare. Future of the club. Could be POTY next season.
Albrighton 7.5/10 Scored our first CL goal ever. Ran his ass off. limited talent. One of the few who can keep his head held high looking over the whole season.
Kapustska ?/10 How can you look so good in the euros but not good enough to make the bench in an underperforming lazy ass prem team?
Okazaki 5/10 What a smile. Is not a prem player. We're in trouble if he's still starting next season.
Ulloa 1.5/10 Go to Brighton/Hull/Coventry
Slimani 6/10 not enough playing time but was that down to being continually injured? Should be the team's central attacker unless he really is as fragile as this year intimated.
Vardy ?/10 3/10 for his lazy ass play until shakey took over 9/10 for his end of season. Needs to adpat his game to playing with slimani rather than Okazaki. Could be great next year or shit.
Ranieri 5/10 Was let down by his players and staff, but results count and they weren't going well. Knew we needed to change but seemed unable to get the lazy asses to change. Sad to see him go.
Shakey 5/10 Was second in charge when we performed so badly, got some results in charge but finished with 2 of the poorest home performances of the season (1 of the worst performances of all time). Didn't play the younger players. tactically started matches so badly but made some good changes. Will remain a number 2 in my eyes and I hope he doesn't get the main job for next season.
