Error message when logging in

I had this come up just once this morning. It was only there for a second and was then replaced with the page I had been expecting to see.

I've looked into it and it seems the error was introduced when I uploaded a security patch a couple of weeks ago.

I have an upgrade to install in the next few days, hopefully that will fix it.


Also I'm aware of the error message that appears when using the search function.

Just to let you know, I am still getting this error when logging in via the 'top-posters' page http://www.talkingballs.co.uk/misc.php?do=topposters

If I log-in via the normal forum start page then there is no problem.

This is now fixed.

It's because you used 'www' in the url. It wasn't expecting to see that, so it got confused. I've told it not to worry about it.
