Can anyone help?

I have a worksheet in a workbook. The worksheet receives all of its data from other worksheets in the workbook to provide a summary of the stats- which is fine, works perfectly. However I want a copy of the summary worksheet as stand alone worksheet to then embed in to a webpage.

This works fine until it comes to open the worksheet, it wants to find its data from the its workbook! How do I stop it looking for the workbook???

Yes thats correct, a dialogue box opens saying its looking for the original workbook, if I say 'no' and ignore the box it works OK and displays the figures. I just dont want it to have the dialogue box appear!

seperate *workbooks* or *worksheets* ?

when opening a workbook with links to other workbooks, it always asks if you want to refresh the data. do you just want to switch that off?
