Thought it got better towards the end, and thought it was great that karl Pilkington made an appearance. Stephen Merchant was funny, loved the buying sketch in the car phone warehouse.

I think Gervais had made it quite clear that it wasn't going to be a ride of non-stop laughs, and that was certainly true.

Although the Carphone Warehouse scenes were very funny.

Probably that was my down fall then, as I was expecting more laughs than I got... on the whole I do like Gervais and think he is talented.
