Can we do it on a shithouse afternoon away at Stoke

We’ll get to the quarter finals and then play a changed team and get knocked out to either Chelsea or Man City, when both will rest players and be there for the taking.

Chelsea home to Morecambe
Man City home to Birmingham
Man Utd home to Watford
Arsenal home to Newcastle
Marine v Spurs

All easy ties. Only Liverpool got a tough tie at Villa.

Oh the joyful memories of Stoke away. **** off.

He'll just rest everyone & we'll lose 2-0. Not worth bothering with.

In fact thats the worst 3rd round draw I can remember. Only interesting ties are hoping Leeds & Spurs get ****ed over by non-league opposition. Which probably won't happen.

The rest are all bollocks. Not one game worth a telly spot under normal circumstances. Wonder which one the BBC will get stiffed with?

Might be a laugh to watch Sky /BT trailers trying to big up Arsenal v Newcastle though. That should stretch their marketing people to the limit.

In normal circumstances the BBC would have two games. But they've shown loads in the first two rounds (13 in the second round), mostly on the red button/iplayer.

BT would normally have four games, but I expect they'll have more too.

Sky will hardly mention the games.

Our record at Stoke in the FA Cup:

1919 - lost 3-0
1939 - lost in a replay 2-1
1954 - drew 0-0
1956 - lost in a replay 2-1
1962 - lost in a replay 5-2
2014 - lost 2-1

Schmeichel and Vardy both played in our defeat there in the 3rd round seven years ago.

Imagine if Bojo decides the magic of the FA Cup is on par with christmas and all lockdown measures are relaxed. What excuses would we all be making for not going to Stoke?

The might of Arsenal and Mikel Arteta who you’ll remember once wore BLACK AND WHITE at that christmas do, against Steve Bruce’s NEWCASTLE and you’ll remember Steve Bruce once bought Mikel Arteta a cappuccino but didn’t put the chocolate on top. What will happen with this FIERCE RIVALRY, neither of which have ever won by a hat trick from a jewish black player on a monday against each other when it is raining?!
