It's easy to work out.

With the example above:

Say you put a pound on the first match:
derby 2/1

It wins and you get £3 back. Put that on the second one:
middbo 5/4
And you get £6.75 back... put that on Wigan:

Wigan 13/5
and you get £24.30 back. Finally put that on Arsenal

Arsenal 7/5

And you get £58.32 back.

So it's not quite 58 to one, but close.
