They are useless, even if they cant get people who can speak english at least get ones who understand simple words such as pie, pint and the monetary system we have in the uk.

It seems to get get worse every week somehow, last week ours went like this:

(guy points to oven where there are no pies)

me: what about the ones further across in the canteen

canteen 'assistent': ok
