When will your next journey to the Walkers Stadium be?

I think it will be first game of the season even though you will say otherwise. ;)

Today's pile of shite has just really confirmed everything that I've felt about City this season. The players really don't give a ****. Something has really got to change before I will buy another season ticket. And I don;t just mean promises - I've got to see some change.

Tomorrow I will be working out what grounds that I need to go to. There's Accrington Stanley, Dagenham and Redbridge and all the clubs that have changed grounds since I last went to see them. You'll probably be able to find me at one of those grounds at the start of the new season.

I'm guessing we'll be seeing you at S****horpe away - and Yeovil if they get promoted.

Myself and 2 of my London Branch mates promptly went to the ticket office after the game and renewed our season tickets, moving from P2 in the north stand to K1 in the east stand which is considerably more expensive.
The question is who is the most sensible BOC or us 3 stoogies? got to be us loyal supporters.:icon_bigg

Boc will get one. Fact.

Like red rag to a bull - the more people say I'm going to get one, the more likely it is that I won't!

Can I ask that everybody helps me to kick the habit. Please post on here that I will get a season ticket. This will help me. No more of the kind of shit I have sat in front of during the last season - and more money in my pocket!

There is some lovely grounds down below, Boc. Doncaster is only £15 quid to get in for example, Huddersfield is good too, Cheltenham better and MK Dons' new stadium looks nice. ;)

Boc will 100% not renew

Boc is a quitter - he won't follow his team through thick and thin. Fans like that we don't need..

Boc, please don't get a season ticket.

Then, slowly but surely, you will lose and not keep up with your vast amount of anorak knowledge and one day allow me a late winner in an Anorak Cup tie.

I will still support the team - but in a different way - just like most on here. What I will not do is to sit bored out of my mind, like I have done this season. What I will not do is to make more effort in getting to the match than is the sum total of the effort put in by the 11 City players during the match. What I will not do is to pour my scant resources into a game that is awash with cash yet still rips off its customers; into a club which has no idea how to spend it properly; and into the pockets of players whose only wish seems to piss it down the wall.

This is the first time that I have ever gone a whole season without missing a game. Perhaps my present state of mind is my own fault - perhaps I have overdosed. Perhaps I now have the motivation to quit a hobby that I can't really afford to continue at its recent level. It will be interesting to see how I cope with the withdrawal symptoms.

I was merely posting that, like Lako, to ensure you DO buy one Boc.....I know your credentials as an LCFC supporter and bow to your dedication.

I'm a bit confused about this post. Is it a bluff or a double-bluff? My first instinct is apply for a season ticket immediately, just to spite the snooker-meister. but when I look at it again, I can see that Glyn has my best interests at heart and genuinely feels that I shouldn't renew - thaml you for your support, Glyn. And don;t worry one little bit about the anorak - I shall continue my subscriptions to all the periodicals that I use as a source of reference and still be able to give you an interesting ga,e.

No, Alex - you're right - I AM a quitter. I'm not at all offended by your use of the word. I am going to quit something that I am not enjoying as much as I should. I am going to quit some thing that I haven't been able to do without for years. And I'm going to have more money because I have quit. I bet there are one or two smokers who wish they could get the motivation to do the same thing.

And it doesn't mean that I will never be back.

Boc u got to go even if they are shite, i will keep going even if they are down down, just want to keep the faith.

Boc has been going to the same shite for years now though! He's been to more City matches than I've had hot dinners.

It's not just the shite; it's not just that it's been shite for a few years. It's probably not to do with the shite at all. It's probably more to do with the lack of effort and being unable to identify with a bunch of no-hopers that just want to collect thei... my money.
