Unfortunately football isn't like that.
Providing we keep Fryatt, I expect us to be promoted as champions - I also expect us to narrowly lose the Boxing Day game on the basis that it will be a special occasion for Leeds probably with Grayson as manager & the start of their modest revival probably leading top them evenually finishing in the play off places. Christmas results tend to be somewhat erratic and us winning one and losing one over a couple of days wouldn't do much harm.

I would say a new manager does not have to have a possitive effect on a team in his first game in charge, but that is simply going on Leicester City FC and our amazing record with new managers.
I fully expect the occasion to be too much for them and for us to take all 3 points back to Leicester.
