firstly anyone know how many tickets we have sold. secondly does anyone know if there will be a football special train service back to leicester after the match as the last scheduled train is at 2154.

There is a bus from Broadmarsh bus station at 22.05, but you have to purchase your ticket before hand.

However the bus station is about 10 mins further than train station, so it's hit or miss but atleast if you miss the train there is a glimmer of hope (as long as you have a ticket)

Alternitavely a taxi is about £35 :)

My advice would be to f*ck getting the train. Say the match finishes about 9.35/40, you've got 15 minutes to get there, which you can't do walking. Plus you're going to have to watch you're back all the way there cos

a: you'll have to walk near the Meadows estate
b: we all know what happened last time City fans walked back to the station 2 years ago

I think you'd be better off going in The Larwood next to the cricket ground after the game, have a few pints, then get a taxi back to Leicester. It'll cost about £30, but between 4 or 5 of you that's alright if it saves you a kicking.

I can't believe there is no football special on the train. Rubbish.

I think they stopped running them because Morons would wreck the trains/assault staff etc.

yea leicester fans when we played fulham away last year

I think the taxi option between 3 or 4 people is the best and safest idea.

Central Taxis 0115 9794466 are about the best.

Tickets available on the gate. This could cause problems couldn't it? Have home tickets sold out?

I doubt it, many are protesting against the price. There is also gonna be a protest before the game 'Kinnear Out'
