It's either 4-3-3 or a diamond formation. The latter is 4-1-2-1-2. I would play with the diamond: Weale, New Right Back, Morrison, Hobbs, Berner. Wellens at the base, Gally right, Dyer left, Kerm at top, Fryatt and DJ or Howard. For now. I await new signings!!
