Would be great for our club .... however with the Joseph Desire Job deal done, will another striker be needed ? unless they are selling Fryatt.

I would think that Fowlers wages could prove a problem for any club in our division, but his signing would most certainly cheer up some of the miserable sods on here.

Hell yes another striker is needed...we had the worst goalscoring record for a home team last year.

I.e. our forwards did a shite job. Move Hume into midfield as he should probably be and sell the rest of the lackluster shites. Whole new front line is a must as is some new midfielders.

Can you believe that his agent hasn't already explored some options with clubs here and abroad?

My guess would be that this is just a way of Fowler stimulating a market.

Anyway, I don't believe for a second that he would want to slum it by sweating for his pay in the championship.....SPL, USA or possibly Australia for Robbie.

I am sure he gets sufficient emotion off the field.

The point is that he will be almost certainly looking for easier pay days than foraging for scraps in our division.
