In my untrained and frankly worthless opinion, not the best young defender we have - I suspect Liam Moore is better, but then there's a reason I just watch the game rather than make my living from it. Taft is strong, composed and confident for his age. If I know anything, which I may not, he's a couple of seasons away from a first team debut.
