Germany on FM2006

anybody have any idea why there national team has been blanked out? but yet you can still buy German players. This was also the case for FM05

i assume its because Gemany didnt let them have the rights, but there could be another reason

it is due to licensing i believe. but they do start to include newly generated players in the squad (or they did in FM05, haven't really looked into it in FM06)
